TMB Submits Second-Round Proposal

TMB Partners submitted its second-round proposal with its hired planner requesting the Newark Court to accept the proposal as is.  Highlights of the second-round proposal include a 100-unit high-rise encompassing the area currently occupied by the Tutor Time^TM building and its entire parking lot and a swimming pool, cabana, and parking area to the east of the Tutor Time^TM parking lot.  Parking for the high-rise is to be provided by over 200 spaces of underground parking, presumably several levels, by digging in a riparian/flood zone.  More to follow...
