The Livingston Planning Board will hold their first meeting on the TMB project on 8:00 PM on Tuesday, January 17th at 357 South Livingston Avenue in Livingston NJ. You are encouraged to come out and try to prevent TMB's monstrosity from making Deerfield a mess. TMB's 60-foot tall monstrosity is approximately three times taller than the neighboring single-family residential homes in Millburn Township and lies within 50 feet of the property lines of these residents. TMB has not compensated these residents in any way for any potential loss to their property values or reduction in the quality of their lives. Should TMB be successful it can mean the beginning of the end for residential Millburn Township.
